Orlando, FL – The Freak Show Horror Film Festival is thrilled to announce the official selections for its 19th annual event, which will take place from October 18-20, 2024, at the Epic Theatres in Orlando, Florida. This year’s festival promises a spine-chilling lineup of some of the most anticipated independent horror films, highlighting emerging and established talent in the horror genre.

Notable from the festival lineup is the world premiere of LOVE ME DEAD (USA), a gripping psychological thriller starring RJ Mitte(“Breaking Bad”) and Dove Cameron (“Descendants”). The film takes audiences on a terrifying journey of obsession and survival, set against the backdrop of a haunting love story.

The following feature films have also been officially selected for this year’s festival:

  • McCURDY POINT (USA) – A chilling tale set in the mysterious Pacific Northwest, where a family’s past comes back to haunt them.
  • A TOWN CALLED PURGATORY (USA) – A Western-style horror that combines gunslingers and ghouls in a battle for the soul of a forsaken town.
  • DID I (USA) – A psychological thriller that questions reality and identity in the most disturbing way.
  • THE MATRIARCH (Australia) – A tale of ancient family secrets and the terrifying consequences they unleash.
