Orlando, FL —October 13, 2025— The FREAK SHOW Horror Film Festival, Florida’s premier celebration of independent horror, marks its 20th anniversary this year with a thrilling announcement: Christina Carmona, award-winning actress, filmmaker, and television host, will take the stage as this year’s official festival host.
With over 15 years of experience across film, television, and live entertainment, Christina Carmona is a dynamic force in the industry. She currently serves as the City Producer for the Orlando 48 Hour Film Project, leading one of Florida’s most exciting platforms for independent filmmakers. Christina also hosts and produces Indie Cinema Showcase on Orange TV, a series dedicated to spotlighting diverse voices in film and television.
Beyond her work behind and in front of the camera, Christina brings her signature energy to live audiences as the in-arena emcee for the Osceola Magic (NBA G-League) and portrays the Queen at Medieval Times Orlando. Her passion for storytelling and her vibrant on-stage presence make her the perfect choice to helm this milestone celebration of horror cinema.
