ORLANDO, FL – The 13th Annual FREAK SHOW Horror Film Festival will open its totally FREAKY weekend of Fright Films and Halloween Fun with the blood soaked, action packed zombie film REDCON1 directed by Chee Keong Cheung and Executive Produced by Kevin Eastman who created The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. The film just finished a tour of UK cinemas and now heads to the States with its US Premiere at the FREAK SHOW Horror Film Festival! REDCON1 tells the story of a squad of eight elite Special Forces soldiers who are assigned a suicide mission to rescue a scientist from a city ruled by the undead.
REDCON1 combines horror, action and martial arts to form a unique vision of a zombie apocalypse never before seen in a zombie genre film. This unique vision from director Chee Keong Cheung is what attracted Kevin Eastman and other big Hollywood names to the project. REDCON1 screens FRIDAY OCTOBER 26, 2018 at the EPIC THEATERS at Lee Vista as part of the FREAK SHOW Horror Film Festival’s Opening night festivities.
